- Supporting the implementation of the SOC-CMM model for SOCs that are new to SOC-CMM
- Performing SOC-CMM assessments to provide an objective and best practice-led evaluation of your SOC and providing you with a roadmap to get to your desired maturity level
- Creation of a Target Operating Model (SOC-TOM) to provide strategic direction to your SOC
- Preparing you for the SOC-CMM audit for the SOC’s that want to certify themselves.
SOC CMM assessments require proper preparation and planning and need to be executed with care. Also, the results depend on the experience of the assessor within different SOCs and their understanding of industry best practices. That is why our assessors are SOC-CMM-certified with numerous successful SOC consultations under their belt.The SOC-CMM model was initially created as a scientific research project to determine characteristics and features of SOCs, such as specific technologies or processes. From that research project, the SOC-CMM has evolved to become the defacto standard for measuring capability maturity in Security Operations Centers. At the core of the assessment tool lies the SOC-CMM model. This model consists of 5 domains and 26 aspects, that are each evaluated using several questions.
