Gozka Ajdar: "Working within different organizations provides a lot of experience and challenges" "We laugh a lot, play sports and have a drink with each other every now and then" "We can really make a difference for organizations"

The Security & Privacy Office is a great service with which we can really make a difference for organizations, and which you will find at (almost) no other company. That makes Northwave unique. Working within different organizations where you can apply the GDPR provides a lot of experience and challenges. Your days are never the same. It gives me a kick to unburden the customer in her privacy management. Within Northwave everyone has their own expertise and specialization on which you can count in order to advise clients in complex issues. Additionally, we have a lot of contact with each other within Northwave. We laugh a lot, play sports and have a drink with each other every now and then.
